Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain connections between Workday and external systems. You will lead integration projects, implement Workday Extend, Orchestrate, and Studio components, and partner with HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure reliable data flows and scalable solutions.

You will deploy integrations, assist with data migrations, stay current with Workday releases, and mentor colleagues while documenting architectures and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building Workday Integrations with Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI.
• 5+ years partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues using analytical skills.
• 5+ years with Workday SOAP/REST/JSON/Import API patterns.
• 3+ years working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year Workday security and Core HCM processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Lead Workday Extend, Orchestrate, Studio development and configurations.
• Develop workflows, data mappings, REST/SOAP services and pre-built connectors.
• Oversee deployment of integrations and ensure minimal downtime.
• Assist with data migrations and quarterly release updates.
• Document architectures and best practices; mentor team members.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, finance and business analysts for requirements.
• Provide production support and issue resolution for integrations.
