Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI.
• 5+ years partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues using analytical skills.
• 5+ years with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio and REST/SOAP.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements.
• Build integration workflows to trigger business processes.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend Apps and Orchestration.
• Oversee deployment of integration solutions to production.
• Collaborate with Analysts, IT, HR and finance teams.
• Provide production support and incident resolution.
• Stay current on Workday releases and best practices.
