Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer – Workday Studio to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will lead complex integration projects, using Studio, EIB, and pre-built connectors, while coordinating with HR, IT, and finance stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and system interoperability.

The role emphasizes automation, deployment, and ongoing enhancements aligned with Workday quarterly releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years' experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems including payroll, benefits, HR, finance, or third-party apps.
• Use Workday Studio to develop complex integrations with multiple systems and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for efficient integration.
• Customize integrations to meet business needs while following Workday best practices.
• Build and deploy integration workflows triggering processes in Workday or external systems.
• Develop and configure Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration.
• Oversee deployment of integrations into production with minimal downtime.
• Assist with data migration ensuring legacy data transfers and external system integration.
• Stay updated with Workday quarterly releases and adjust integrations accordingly.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and functional teams to align solutions with needs.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for integrations.
• Mentor developers and analysts on integration tools and processes.
• Document workflows and architectures for knowledge transfer.
• Drive continuous improvement and explore new tools and techniques to optimize solutions.
