Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer - Workday Studio to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal or external systems. You will work across payroll, benefits, HR, and finance to ensure accurate data flow and robust integration architecture.

Responsibilities include leading integration design, leveraging Workday Studio and pre-built connectors, and collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Designing Integration Solutions: lead design and development of integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Workday Studio: develop complex integrations involving multiple systems, configuring web services, data mappings.
• Pre-built Connectors: leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors for efficient integration.
• Customization: customize integrations to meet business requirements and Workday best practices.
• Develop Integration Workflows: build workflows triggering processes in Workday or external systems.
• Workday Extend: develop and configure Workday Extend Apps and Orchestration.
• Implementation and Deployment: integrate software components and ensure interoperability.
• Deploy Integration Solutions: oversee deployment into production with minimal downtime.
• Data Migration: assist data migration, ensuring legacy data transfers to Workday.
• Workday Release Management: update integrations for Workday releases and new features.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: architectural decisions, scalable solutions.
• Training and Support: mentor developers and analysts on integration tools and processes.
• Foster Collaboration: align integration efforts with organizational objectives.
