Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer – Workday Studio to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems. You will lead the technical design, leverage Workday Studio, EIB, and PECI, and collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams across the organization.

The role requires deep Workday integration knowledge, experience with pre-built connectors, and a focus on scalability, data integrity, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building Workday Integrations with Studio, EIB, connectors and PECI.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience resolving complex Workday integration issues with analytical skills.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, Studio and security concepts.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, HR, finance integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Use Workday Studio to create complex integrations and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and pre-built connectors for efficient integration.
• Customize integrations to align with Workday best practices.
• Develop and deploy integration workflows triggering business processes.
• Configure Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration.
• Oversee deployment to production with minimal downtime.
• Assist data migration and ensure legacy data transfers are accurate.
• Stay updated with Workday quarterly releases and apply changes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Functional Teams to gather requirements.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for integrations.
• Document integration workflows and provide knowledge transfer.
• Mentor developers and analysts on integration tools and processes.
