Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer – Workday Studio to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal or external systems. You will work across HR, finance, IT and business analysts to ensure data flows smoothly and securely.

You will lead complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and pre-built connectors, while aligning with Workday best practices and quarterly release updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues with strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM processes, and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Designing Integration Solutions: Leading the design and development of integration solutions between Workday and external systems.
• Workday Studio: Develop complex integrations using Workday Studio including REST/SOAP, data mappings.
• Pre-built Connectors: Use Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors to integrate systems.
• Customization: Tailor integrations to meet business requirements and best practices.
• Develop Integration Workflows: Build workflows to trigger processes in Workday or external systems.
• Workday Extend: Develop and configure Workday Extend Apps and Orchestration.
• Implementation and Deployment: Integrate components ensuring interoperability.
• Deploy Integration Solutions: Oversee deployment with minimal downtime.
• Data Migration: Assist with data migration and legacy data integration.
• Workday Version Updates: Update integrations for quarterly releases.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile and project planning.
• Team Collaboration: Align integration efforts with stakeholders.
