Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer – Workday Studio to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will work with Studio, EIB, and pre-built connectors to deliver scalable integration workflows across HR, payroll, and finance domains.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years building integrations, strong stakeholder collaboration, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs, security, and data migrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts

Responsibilities

• Designing Integration Solutions: Leading the design and development of integration solutions between Workday and external systems
• Workday Studio: Using Workday Studio to develop complex integrations involving multiple systems
• Pre-built Connectors: Leveraging Workday Cloud Connect and other pre-built connectors
• Customization: Customizing integrations to meet business requirements
• Develop Integration Workflows: Building workflows triggering business processes in Workday or external systems
• Workday Extend: Developing and Configuring Workday Extend Apps and Workday Orchestration
• Implementation and Deployment: Integrating software components for interoperability
• Deploy Integration Solutions: Overseeing deployment into production environments
• Data Migration: Assisting with data migration efforts
• Workday Version Updates: Ensuring compatibility with quarterly releases
• Agile Collaboration: Participating in Agile and other methodologies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with analysts and stakeholders
• Stakeholder Communication: Gathering requirements and updates
• External Vendor Coordination: Managing external integrations
• Production Support: Ongoing support and incident resolution
• Continuous Improvement: Staying current on Workday features and trends
• Workday Release Management: Keeping up with new releases
• Document Integration Workflows: Creating technical docs
• Training and Support: Guiding developers and analysts
• Foster Collaboration: Building relationships across teams
