Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will leverage Workday Studio, EIB, and pre-built connectors to deliver reliable data exchange.

You will work with HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure scalable, high-performance integrations and stay aligned with Workday quarterly releases. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong growth opportunities within CVS Health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 3+ years’ experience working on Workday Extend.

Responsibilities

• Design integration solutions between Workday and external systems (payroll, benefits, HR, finance, or third-party apps).
• Develop and configure Workday Extend Applications.
• Design modular orchestrations; link external APIs (REST, SOAP); process data and handle errors.
• Develop complex integrations involving Workday Studio, web services, and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other pre-built connectors for efficient integration.
• Build integration workflows that trigger business processes in Workday or external systems.
