Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, build, implement and maintain complex integrations between Workday and external systems. You will work with Workday Extend, Orchestrate and Studio to ensure accurate data exchange across HR, payroll, finance and third-party apps.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, strong API skills, and collaboration with business stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building Workday Integrations with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and PECI
• 5+ years partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 5+ years resolving complex Workday integration issues using APIs and data mapping
• 3+ years Workday Extend experience
• 1+ year Workday Orchestrate experience
• 1+ year Workday reporting and Studio experience
• 1+ year Workday security, Core HCM processes and alerts
• Workday Extend Certification (Pro/Associate) preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems
• Develop and configure Workday Extend applications
• Design modular orchestrations linking REST/SOAP APIs and data flows
• Develop complex integrations with Workday Studio and data mappings
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect for efficient connectors
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and apply best practices
• Build integration workflows triggering business processes in Workday or external systems
• Oversee deployment of integrations to production with minimal downtime
• Assist with data migration and quarterly Workday release updates
• Document integration architectures and provide knowledge transfer
• Guide and mentor developers and analysts on Workday integrations
