Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Workday Engineer to advance our Human Resource technology stack and automation. You will develop resilient Workday objects and integrate across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role requires expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs, with strong skills in agile delivery and cloud services. Plano, TX-based opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of Workday platform engineering experience.
At least 2 years of designing and developing integration solutions.
At least 2 years of experience working with REST or SOAP APIs in Workday.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
Communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements with HR partners to optimize results.
Stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
Build and maintain thorough documentation for system implementation and support.
