Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday platform engineering experience.
• 2+ years designing and developing integration solutions.
• 2+ years experience working with APIs in Workday using REST or SOAP.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Translate business priorities into HR value propositions and strategies.
• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
• Communicate effectively with team, Product Owner, stakeholders and partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and redesign business processes to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
• Build and maintain thorough documentation for system implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for how the system works from business and technical perspectives.
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems and coordinating with the business to resolve issues.
