The Carlyle Group is seeking a Workday Solution Lead to support, enhance, and optimize its Workday ecosystem across Core HCM and related modules from its Washington, DC office. The role blends HR process knowledge with deep technical Workday expertise in configuration, reporting, security, integrations, and release management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Workday Certification(s) strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and stakeholders to design scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, validations, and notifications.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment and post-production support for Workday enhancements.
• Maintain detailed configuration documentation, process flows, change logs, and functional design documents.
• Analyze downstream impact of configuration changes across integrations, reporting, security, and business processes.
• Establish and maintain Workday reporting standards for data accuracy and usability.
• Support and optimize self-service functionality for employees and managers.
• Provide techno-functional support across Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting and Learning modules.
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards).
• Support integration troubleshooting with internal and external vendors.
