Job summary

CardWorks Financial Group seeks an experienced HCM Application Technical Lead to combine functional knowledge of Human Capital Management with hands-on Workday platform expertise. This hybrid role partners with HR stakeholders on process design, configuration, and building integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and SOAP/REST APIs.

The ideal candidate will own the technical lead for core HCM modules, develop custom reports, support Extend apps, and provide tier-2/3 production

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience.
Experience building and supporting integrations using Workday web services, SOAP/REST APIs, EIB, and Core Connectors.
Strong reporting and analytics capabilities; Workday Extend experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical lead for Workday HCM, ensuring platform stability and data integrity.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system configuration.
Configure and maintain business processes, security groups, organization structures, and condition rules.
Design, build, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and web services.
