You will mentor junior consultants, develop the practice, and manage cross-functional teams while engaging with clients on strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes architecting Workday CLM and related modules, contract lifecycle management, and procurement processes, with significant travel up to 50% across client sites.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing specifications, testing, and collaborating with business users.
• Experience leading and architecting Workday CLM and Strategic Sourcing implementations.
• Contracting expertise including authoring, negotiation workflows, approvals, renewals, and compliance.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior consultants and leading client engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements from pursuit to delivery with thorough project management and analytics.
