Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Workday Solutions Engineer to optimize, configure, and maintain our Workday-based People technology stack. This in-office role focuses on HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Absence Management, with AI-enabled automation to simplify processes across our global organization.

You will design solutions, enable AI with Workday Extend, and partner with People Operations to deliver efficient services and robust data insights through dashboards and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related People Technology field with hands-on Workday configuration in a global environment.
• Expertise in Workday HCM (Core HCM), Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management.
• Strong technical acumen to build complex analyses, models and automations (Sheets/Excel).
• Experience with AI and automation, including prompts for GenAI; RPA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Disruption mindset with passion for automating processes using modern tech.

• Drive configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the Workday ecosystem focusing on HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Absence Management.
• Enable AI-integrated solutions using Workday Extend and external tools.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives to reimagine HR tech and improve employee experiences.
• Develop and maintain key metrics and operational dashboards in Workday and Tableau.
• Provide proactive, customer-centric support to the People team and automate complex processes.
• Partner with People Operations to design scalable tech delivery and adoption of AI.
