This hands-on role translates HR requirements into secure, well-documented technical solutions and serves as the escalation point for the most complex data problems.

The role also drives AI-enabled automation in Workday, extending capabilities while ensuring governance, auditability, and data quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent.
7+ years of Workday technical experience with senior/lead level.
Expert-level Workday Studio and complex assemblies.
Deep Workday Web Services knowledge (SOAP/REST).
Strong Workday Report Writer and RaaS design.
Breadth of integration tooling (EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate).
Security administration for Workday integrations.
Strong XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, SQL; Java/Python/JS basics.
Excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Architect and build integrations across Workday modules.
Design and troubleshoot business processes.
Lead technical discovery sessions and design docs.
Provide L3 production support and performance tuning.
Mentor consultants and maintain runbooks/docs.
Extend Workday with AI-driven automation.
