Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Senior Workday Security Analyst to design, administer, and govern Workday security across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules. This role partners with HR, Internal Audit, Compliance, and IT to ensure access controls, SoD, regulatory compliance, and security best practices across the platform.

The ideal candidate has strong Workday security expertise, analytical skills, and experience implementing role-based security models in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, HR, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Workday security administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Security Groups, Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, Role-Based Security, User-Based Security, and Security Groups constraints.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday security domains, business process security policies, and security groups.
• Design and implement role-based access controls aligned with business requirements and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security-related issues and access requests.
• Support implementation of new Workday functionality and security requirements.
• Review and monitor SoD risks and recommend mitigating controls.
• Participate in audits by providing security documentation and reports.
