Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Workday dashboards and reporting solutions for HR, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Review, audit, and clean up existing custom Workday reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze reporting inventory and identify opportunities for consolidation and standardization.
• Develop advanced custom reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• Create and optimize matrix, composite, advanced, and trend reports.
• Document report specifications, security considerations, and knowledge transfer materials.
