Kelly is seeking a Workday Report Writer Consultant for a 4-month remote project to enhance HRIS reporting. The candidate will design dashboards, review and streamline existing reports, and optimize performance while aligning with Workday best practices.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Discovery Boards/Dashboards. Independent work and clear documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
• Experience with Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and various report types.
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong experience auditing and optimizing reports for performance.
• Experience documenting report specifications and security considerations.
• Experience in HRIS data structures is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy Workday dashboards and reporting solutions to support HR, leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Review, audit, and clean up existing custom Workday reports to improve efficiency, accuracy, and maintainability.
• Analyze current reporting inventory and identify opportunities for consolidation and standardization.
• Develop advanced custom reports using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
• Create and optimize matrix, composite, advanced, and trend reports.
• Partner with HRIS and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and adherence to Workday best practices.
• Document report specifications, security considerations, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide recommendations for dashboard strategy, reporting governance, and ongoing maintenance.
