Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a skilled Workday Reporting lead to build and maintain scalable HR analytics, reporting, and governance solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact dashboards and automated processes that support strategic HR decisions.

The role focuses on Workday data structures, data quality, and enabling enterprise-wide analytics maturity while aligning with security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Workday Reporting, HR Analytics, or HRIS with increasing responsibility and complexity.
• Advanced experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, Calculated Fields, worksheets, and dashboards; Workday PRISM or other advanced modules a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise working with large HR data sets and creating scalable, automated reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize complex, enterprise-level Workday reports across Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Finance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and executives, translating requirements into scalable reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, security, and compliance across Workday analytics.
• Lead automation initiatives and stay current with Workday releases to improve capabilities.
• Create documentation for reporting logic and data definitions; support rollout and user adoption.
• Mentor teammates on reporting best practices and troubleshooting.
