The role requires hands-on Workday reporting, experience with Prism Analytics, and strong leadership to deliver complex data projects and secure reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years leading enterprise reporting and analytics, with Workday experience.
• Experience building dashboards and Prism Analytics datasets/pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of Workday reporting architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reports and analytics.
• Provide technical direction to report developers and analysts.
• Establish RaaS architecture standards and data-delivery approaches.
