Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Recruiting Technology Manager to support the delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and its connected talent acquisition technologies, including Paradox and HiredScore, across the Workday TA Suite.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Firm IT, Finance and BU leaders to ensure recruiting platforms meet business needs, configure processes, build reports, manage data flow, and participate in release testing and new feature enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration.
• Minimum 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, including notifications and rule logic.
• Maintain data flow between Workday Recruiting, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Build, revise, and test reports and calculated fields.
• Support Workday release testing for Recruiting and enable new features with Talent Acquisition.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance and BU leaders.
• Document requirements, designs, and testing plans.
