Workday is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead PSA projects within the Customer Experience Delivery Systems team in the United States. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and user experience while delivering hands‑on problem solving and system guidance.
The role requires 5–7 years of business analysis, 5+ years of ERP experience, and a Bachelor's degree. You will own delivery, audits, and change management, translating requirements into scalable
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of hands on business analysis experience.
- 5+ years of ERP systems experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or other relevant field of study.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary lead for all Delivery Systems projects specific to your product and/or subject matter area.
- Prepare ad‑hoc analysis in support of specific initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams, geographies and organizational levels to translate business requirements into scalable system driven solutions.
- Become a subject matter expert in the Workday PSA product line.
- Provide day to day hands on problem management guidance and support for your business partners.
- Lead change management processes and develop communications and training materials.
