Cognizant is seeking a Workday Financials/PSA Senior Principal Consultant to lead AMS engagements across global accounts. This on-site role requires directing workstreams, coordinating with offshore teams, and ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications
- Expert level understanding of the Workday Financials domain.
- Workday Professional Services Automation certification mandatory.
- 3–5 years client-facing roles in managed services.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Onshore lead who directs the Workday PSA & Financials workstream for assigned accounts (Partner certification mandatory).
- Apply and execute AMS and/or Workday implementation methodologies in FINS/PSA engagements.
- Collaborate with offshore/nearshore teams on incidents, root-cause analysis and requests.
- Develop reporting dashboards to improve Workday utilization and metrics for IT and business stakeholders.
- Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements.
- Ensure system design fits user needs and adhere to SLAs.
