ZealHire Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Project Manager to lead a complex Workday implementation across Finance and HR, coordinating internal teams and external partners for a successful go-live.

The role requires strong Workday expertise, proven project leadership, and experience guiding executive stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment. On-site work is required twice a month within 60 miles of the designated office, with a target go-live date of July 1, 2027.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management or related experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience, specifically within Finance and HR.
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholders.
• onsite role (TWICE A MONTH) within 60 miles of the office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex Workday implementation activities from planning through go-live on July 1, 2027.
• Serve as the primary coordination point across business, technology, and external delivery partners.
• Identify priorities, establish project plans, and drive initiatives forward with stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery against requirements.
• Lead meetings, agendas, and follow-up with stakeholders; manage vendor/partner relations.
