Job summary

Overture Partners is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a high-priority Workday onboarding initiative. You will own the lifecycle from design through optimization, coordinating HR, IT, security, and external partners in a large enterprise. Strong Agile delivery and Workday expertise are essential for success.

You will drive process improvements, manage complex integrations, and ensure alignment among senior stakeholders while maintaining momentum in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading Workday projects, implementations, or post-go-live optimization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Onboarding and related business processes.
• Broad understanding of Workday HCM and HR processes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive audiences.
• Strong experience with Agile project management and process improvement.
• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple systems, integrations, dependencies, and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and implementation of onboarding processes within Workday.
• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle from discovery to enhancement.
• Coordinate integrations between Workday and supporting platforms.
• Partner with HR, IT, business leaders, security, and vendors to align ownership and resolve dependencies.
• Apply Agile delivery practices to drive iterative progress and transparency.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risks, issues, and decision logs.
• Facilitate ceremonies, status updates, and executive communications.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and roadblocks before impact.
• Navigate stakeholder relationships while maintaining alignment and progress.
• Drive continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback.
