Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of deep Workday experience across HR/HCM and Finance.
• Broad Workday ecosystem knowledge beyond a single module.
• Strong technical background with development exposure (Java).
• Leadership experience including managing managers.
• Extensive AWS cloud exposure.
