Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Performance, and business stakeholders to develop and implement requirements for Workday Performance Management processes.
• Research new Workday capabilities related to Performance Management and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Define requirements for system enhancements and performance management processes.
• Configure and support Workday Performance Management functionality in alignment with Talent Technology strategy.
• Monitor Workday processes, integrations, and deployments.
