Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Technology Experienced Professional in the US to collaborate with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders to optimize Workday Compensation processes. You will research, configure, and recommend solutions aligned with Talent Technology strategy.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, system administration, monitoring, training, and governance to support annual compensation planning and software enhancements across Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, or other HRIS platforms.
• Experience supporting Workday Compensation, including compensation plans, eligibility rules, Compensation Review, Merit Planning, Bonus Planning, and related compensation processes.
• Ability to establish, document, and improve business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, business process configuration, and security concepts preferred.
• Development tools/languages including Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, or related technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects related to enhancing Workday Compensation processes.
• Define requirements for system enhancements, compensation plans, and eligibility rules.
• Configure and support Workday Compensation functionality with IT and HR.
• Monitor Workday processes and remediate issues; manage tickets with IT and vendors.
• Provide training and governance for Talent Technology staff and HR partners.
• Support governance, process documentation, testing standards, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
