Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of Workday HCM, Performance Management, Talent Management, or other HRIS platforms required.
• Experience supporting Workday Performance Reviews, Goal Management, Feedback, performance templates, questionnaires, and related talent processes preferred.
• Ability to establish, document, and improve business processes required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills required.
• Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, business process configuration, and security concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects (20%): research, specify, develop, test, and implement enhancements to Workday Performance Management processes and technologies.
• Solution Assessment, Development, & Validation (25%): ensure solutions align with requirements and ROI; research Workday capabilities; define system enhancement requirements; perform gap analysis; collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to configure Workday PM.
• Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement (15%): conduct discovery with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders; document requirements and reporting needs; validate with stakeholders.
• Requirements Analysis & Solution Design (10%): prioritize requirements; model and document business processes; support solution design, testing, and deployment.
• System Administration, Monitoring & Troubleshooting (20%): monitor workflows and integrations; manage issues; support cycles, releases, deployments; implement monitoring and notifications.
• Training, Governance & Leadership (10%): coach Talent Technology staff; deliver training; support governance and release management.
