RSM US LLP seeks a Workday Senior Analyst - Performance to partner with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders to implement and optimize Workday Performance Management across US markets. The role requires strong analytics and governance capabilities.

The position offers location flexibility with remote opportunities, enabling work across US-based markets while delivering client value and supporting ongoing performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM, Performance Management, Talent Management, or other HRIS platforms required.
• Experience supporting Workday Performance Reviews, Goal Management, Feedback, performance templates, questionnaires, and related talent processes preferred.
• Ability to establish, document, and improve business processes required.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Performance, and business stakeholders to design and optimize Workday Performance Management processes.
• Configure and support Workday Performance Management functionality with IT and external vendors.
• Provide governance, training, and leadership to Talent Technology staff and partners.
• Monitor Workday processes, releases, and deployments; troubleshoot issues as needed.
