UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Applications Systems Specialist for Workday Payroll to support our Worcester, MA operation. This role will lead multiple projects, coordinate system configurations, and collaborate with vendors to implement solutions within a complex healthcare ERPs ecosystem.

You’ll apply Lean principles, maintain high standards of patient data integrity, and mentor staff while managing critical incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Workday Application certification(s).
• Lean Green Belt certification or ability to achieve.
• 7 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
