Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Workday Application certification(s) required for the role.
• Lean Green Belt certification or ability to obtain it as needed.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams with minimal oversight.
• Estimate hours for upcoming projects to support planning.
• Configure workflow improvements and collaborate with vendors.
• Mentor staff and cover managerial duties when needed.
• Drive projects from conception to completion and coordinate milestones.
