Qualifications

• 8 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state or global payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize payroll processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support merger and acquisition activities by aligning payroll systems.
• Ensure payroll processing accuracy and troubleshoot system issues.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of Workday HRIS modules (Payroll, Absence, HCM, etc.)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Hands-on expertise in payroll configuration, processing, and reporting

Proven experience as a Sr. Business Analyst implementing Workday payroll solutions

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
