The role covers configuration, testing, and ongoing optimization of Payroll, with support for Time Tracking and Absence, aligned with compliance and data integrity. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday Payroll knowledge, strong analytics, and collaboration with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate processing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, IS, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience with at least 3 years in Workday Payroll.
• Deep Workday Payroll expertise with US/UK payroll knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for Workday Payroll and configure payroll processes.
• Configure Time Tracking and Absence functionality, including eligibility rules and accruals.
• Design and implement automation to improve payroll efficiency and data quality.
• Develop complex Workday reports and dashboards supporting Payroll, HR, and Finance.
• Ensure audit readiness, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
