Avaap USA, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Payroll Consultant to join our AMS practice. This role supports Workday Payroll optimization, support, and enhancement initiatives for multiple clients across Higher Education and Government sectors. Strong Workday U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Workday U.S. Payroll certification is required.
• Minimum of three years of consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workday U.S. Payroll functionality.
• Ability to work with clients in a consulting environment.
• Experience handling multiple clients/projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting for Workday U.S. Payroll clients within Avaap’s AMS practice.
• Troubleshoot with clients, assess requirements, and recommend Workday solutions.
• Configure, test, and support Workday Payroll enhancements and optimization.
• Manage multiple client requests, priorities, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Workday teams to address dependencies.
