Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Analyst to support Payroll and Time & Absence in Workday.

You will optimize payroll processes, ensure compliance, and drive improvements across Workday Payroll and related modules, partnering with Payroll, HR Operations, Benefits, Finance, and IT. The role requires deep Workday Payroll expertise, 8+ years of related experience, and strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions and lead system

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
In-depth knowledge of Workday HRIS modules (Payroll, Absence, HCM, etc.).
Strong experience in Workday Payroll and Time & Absence.
Hands-on expertise in payroll configuration, processing, and reporting.
Experience with integrations and data migration.

Responsibilities

Partner with Payroll and HR teams to align technology solutions with business and compliance requirements.
Document workflows and serve as a trusted SME for Payroll processes.
Support merger and acquisition activities by integrating payroll systems and data migration.
Gather and document payroll requirements and drive process improvements.
Manage payroll-related system enhancements, integrations, and releases.
