Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Senior ERP Application Analyst, Grants and Payroll, to optimize and support the Workday ERP platform with a focus on grants and payroll. You will research, implement, and influence solutions, processes, and integrations to deliver scalable, efficient outcomes.

This role partners with stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors to drive improvements, roadmap contributions, and automation. It also mentors teammates and supports a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ ERP experience, 5+ focused on Workday Grants/Finance/Payroll.
• Deep understanding of grant lifecycle within Workday including pre/post-award processes.
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll accounting and grants costing allocations.
• Experience with large-scale, full cycle ERP implementations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with R&D and Research Financial teams to align Workday systems with enterprise goals.
• Optimize processes, reporting, and policy alignment for grants, budgeting, and payroll.
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Grants components and related reporting.
• Lead end-to-end ERP initiatives, including requirements, testing, deployment and training.
• Provide Tier 2/3 production support and incident resolution across Workday modules.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices.
