ERPA is a client-focused technology services firm specializing in Workday implementations for education and government sectors. The Senior Consultant on the PATTS team will provide production support for Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking after go-live and help advance ERPA’s AMS practice.

The role requires 3+ years as a lead consultant on Workday modules, active Workday certifications, and strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple engagements and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leading consultant workstream on Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking implementations.
• Active status Workday Partner certifications: Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication with proactive implementation recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
• Understand client business requirements and guide design, configuration, and prototype; assist testing and production cutover.
• Partner with Engagement Managers to monitor project status and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Accurately maintain forecasts in a timely manner.
• Support sales with SME input for presentations, demos, LOEs.
• Stay current on Workday PATTS processes and best practices.
• Build strong client relationships through trusted, high-quality service.
