Responsibilities

• Represent cross-team initiatives outside your domain with guidance on design decisions.
• Collaborate with other configurators on strategic Workday initiatives.
• Promote consistent configuration and scalable Workday Payroll solutions.
• Review feature specs and provide design guidance for payroll capabilities.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and usage data to inform priorities.
• Guide adoption of Workday Payroll functionalities with stakeholders.
• Conduct research to understand Workday Payroll concepts and roadmaps.
• Deliver configuration demonstrations and tips during Office Hours.
