Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Product Configurator to join our team. You will serve as a key representative for cross-team initiatives, providing expertise, direction, and connections to ensure successful project outcomes, with deep experience in Workday Learning.

You will partner with other configurators on strategic initiatives, drive adoption of Learning features, align learning solutions with business needs, and deliver stakeholder-ready consultations and demonstrations

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience with HCM systems, Workday preferred.
• Eight plus years designing, building, and supporting enterprise processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent cross-team initiatives and provide expertise and direction.
• Collaborate with other configurators on strategic initiatives.
• Promote consistency in configuration and functionality development.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and usage data to guide prioritization.
• Deliver stakeholder presentations and one-on-one consulting on Workday Learning.
