Job summary

COVET IT INC is seeking a seasoned Workday Solution Architect to assess feasibility and roadmap migration from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday. The role requires deep expertise in both platforms, enterprise integrations, and translating technical findings into actionable leadership recommendations.

Responsibilities include current-state assessment, fit-gap analysis, future-state architecture, integration strategy, and a comprehensive business case with a five-year TCO.

Qualifications

12+ years in HRIS/HR tech, with 5+ years in Workday architecture.
Global/multi-country Workday HCM implementations experience.
Multiple full-cycle Workday implementations, preferably with SuccessFactors migration.
Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, Talent, Compensation, Performance, Reporting, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead current-state assessment of SuccessFactors landscape and readiness for Workday.
Perform fit-gap analysis against Workday HCM capabilities and reporting.
Define future-state architecture options and integration strategy for Workday deployment.
Evaluate third-party apps and data migration needs; outline governance and security considerations.
Develop business case, TCO analysis, and phased transformation roadmap.
