Pixie Services seeks a Senior Workday Solution Architect with 12+ years in HRIS/HR Technology and 5+ years in Workday Solution Architecture to lead a strategic assessment of migrating from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday. Qualifications

12+ years of HRIS / HR Technology experience.
5+ years in Workday Solution Architecture.

Responsibilities

Assess existing SAP SuccessFactors landscape (Employee Central, Compensation, Performance, Succession, Learning, integrations).
Conduct functional fit-gap analysis between SuccessFactors and Workday HCM.
Design future-state Workday architecture and enterprise integration strategy.
Evaluate third-party HR apps, payroll systems, and integration dependencies.
Define data migration, governance, security, and compliance strategies.
Develop migration feasibility assessments, costs, risks, and five-year TCO analysis.
Create phased transformation roadmaps and present recommendations to executives.
