Job summary
Talent Groups is seeking a Workday Integrations, Reporting, and Technical Lead to collaborate with the State of Rhode Island implementation team. You will drive data governance, analytics strategy, and actionable insights across Finance, HCM, and Payroll modules.
The role requires extensive Workday experience, including integrations, reporting, and governance, with strong collaboration across SMEs, agencies, and leadership to deliver reliable data-driven outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years advanced experience with the Workday application and reporting.
- 5+ years Experience in Workday Integrations on large initiatives.
- 5+ years hands-on Workday Studio, BIRT, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics is preferred.
- Government Workday experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement Workday Integrations with data connections.
- Lead data governance efforts and ensure data quality and security.
- Develop complex Workday reports and dashboards using available tools.
- Collaborate with state agencies and business partners on requirements.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and problem resolution.
