Workday is seeking a Technical Reporting Consultant to join its Global Professional Services team, focusing on State & Local Government. You will design, develop, and deploy analytic reporting solutions, lead reporting workstreams, and guide customers through the Workday deployment lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Prism, strong integration skills, and a track record of delivering complex reporting projects in HR, payroll, or financials domains.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism.
• 8+ years of experience with integration development or report building.
• 8+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
• 8+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage reporting workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results.
• Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ reporting needs.
• Design and implement reports to address complex customer requirements.
• Assist customer in testing reporting solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success.
• Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement.
