Schwab is seeking a Workday Integration Developer on the HR Technology Workday Center of Excellence team to lead the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Workday integrations connecting HR functions such as HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.

You will manage over 300 integrations across a complex enterprise, collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Development Leads, and business stakeholders, mentor teammates, guide release readiness, and help shape

Qualificações

• 6+ years delivering, supporting, and maintaining Workday integrations.
• 6+ years with Workday Integration technologies, including Workday Studio.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to drive resolution across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, testing, implementation, and support of Workday integrations.
