Everforth TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner offering fixed-time, fixed-price deployments and on-demand support. We seek Consultant II, Senior, Principal, or Managing Workday Integration Consultants with a passion for collaborative work and client success.

The role requires certifications, experience with Workday integration configurations, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality Workday solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations
• Experience gathering requirements, design, prototype and testing of Workday Integration solutions
• Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio
• Workday extend certification or interest in pursuing it

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to implement Workday Integration solutions
• Deliver Workday solutions across industries to meet client needs
• Define and implement HR processes aligned with client objectives
• Participate in internal training and share knowledge with the team
• Guide a team of consultants and manage escalations
