Job summary

Everforth TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm delivering fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployments and on-demand support. We seek a Workday HCM Consultant I to design, configure and implement HR processes with clients while traveling up to 45%.

You will collaborate with clients and teams, pursue Workday certification, and contribute to rapid value delivery. A related degree and HRIS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years HRIS/systems experience (preferred).
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred).
• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions/macros (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to travel 25-45%.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement high-quality Workday solutions for clients across industries.
• Define, build and implement HR processes aligned with client objectives.
• Resolve Workday issues and collaborate with clients to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in internal training and share learnings with colleagues.
• Attend Workday HCM training and pursue Workday certification.
• Travel 25-45% as requested by clients.

Skills and Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience (required)
• 1+ years of HR experience or HRIS/systems experience (preferred)
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred)
• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• Ability to travel 25-45%

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Work directly with clients to design, configure, test, and implement high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday issues as they arise
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Attend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified
• Travel 25-45% at client request

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Everforth TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $60,000 - $70,000.
