Job summary

EverforthTopBloc is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant I to work with clients in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing Workday solutions that align with business goals. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment.

You will define HR processes, build HR structures, and solve issues as they arise while traveling to client sites up to 45% of the time. Training and certification opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, IT, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years HR experience or HRIS/systems experience preferred.
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel functions/macros preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25-45%.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet client needs.
• Define and implement HR processes aligned with client objectives to enhance Workday value.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve Workday issues as they arise.
• Participate in internal training and knowledge sharing.
• Attend Workday HCM training and pursue certification.
• Travel 25%-45% as required by client projects.
