Topbloc, Inc. in Chicago, IL or remote is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant II/Senior/Principal/Managing to implement Workday Integration solutions for clients.

You will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday configurations, reporting, and integrations across industries. The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for customer success.

Competenze

• Workday Integration Certification required.
• 1+ year experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes.
• Experience gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions.
• Experience with Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
• General knowledge in all Workday functional areas.

We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Integration Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• Workday Integration Certification
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels
• 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements
• Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio
• Workday extend certification, or interest in pursuing Workday extend certification
• General knowledge in all Workday functional areas
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Integration technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience.
• Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience.
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)
• Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Salary Ranges:

• Consultant II $75,000 - $105,000
• Senior Consultant $100,000 - $140,000
• Principal Consultant $130,000 - $175,000
• Managing Consultant $130,000 - $175,000
